Use of mamak44

In this Terms and Conditions document, the following words and expressions carry the meanings stated:

• "Platform" refers to the mamak44.onl website along with all services, products and features available on it.
• "Member" or "User" refers to any individual who has registered and holds an active account at mamak44.
• "Management" refers to mamak44 and the entity that owns and operates this platform.
• "Account Balance" refers to the total amount of money in a member's account at any given time, including real money and bonus credits still undergoing wagering.
• "Transaction" refers to any financial activity including deposits, withdrawals, bets or money transfers within the platform.

These Terms and Conditions are to be read together with the Privacy Policy and any specific game or promotion rules in force from time to time.

Registration and use of the mamak44 platform is restricted to individuals who meet the following requirements:

• At least 21 years of age on the date of account registration.
• Residing in an area where online gambling is not absolutely prohibited under local law.
• Having full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not previously placed on a self-exclusion list by any related gambling platform.

Each applicant is only permitted to hold one account at mamak44. Holding more than one account, whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers or payment methods, is strictly prohibited.

The mamak44 platform accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through supported payment methods. All financial transactions are subject to the minimum limits and verification procedures set.

Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is RM30 per payment method. Deposits are typically credited to the account instantly upon successful receipt confirmation.

Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. mamak44 processes withdrawals within 1 hour once the request is approved. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

All bonuses offered by mamak44 are subject to the terms and wagering requirements stated. New members are eligible to receive a 100% welcome bonus of up to RM300 on their first deposit.

The welcome bonus wagering requirement is calculated as follows:

• The bonus amount must be wagered 20 times before a withdrawal can be made.
• Example: Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM100 → Balance RM200 → Wagering requirement RM100 × 20 = RM2,000
• Example: Deposit RM800 → Bonus RM300 → Balance RM1,100 → Wagering requirement RM300 × 20 = RM6,000

Bonuses cannot be transferred or exchanged directly for cash. Any attempt to abuse the bonus system, including opposing bets or the use of multiple accounts, will result in cancellation of the relevant bonus.

mamak44 members are required to follow all applicable game rules for each category, including online slots, live casino, sports betting, Sic Bo and horse racing. Each game has specific rules that must be observed.

Bets placed are final once confirmed by the system. mamak44 is not responsible for any losses arising from a member's own betting decisions.

The following are prohibited when using the mamak44 platform:

• Collusion between members or with third parties to manipulate game outcomes.
• Betting intended to launder money or facilitate other illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting system errors, software bugs or technical loopholes for personal gain.

All mamak44 members are expected to interact with other users and support staff in a respectful and courteous manner. The use of abusive language, threats or harassment toward any party is strictly prohibited.

Members are responsible for ensuring that funds used on the platform come from legitimate sources. Mamak44 complies with international financial compliance requirements and reserves the right to request proof of the source of funds when necessary.

Mamak44 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision in these Terms and Conditions.
• Providing false information during registration or the identity verification process.
• Recommendations or actions proven to involve fraud.
• A request by the relevant authorities or regulatory bodies.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the support team via live chat or email. Any remaining real money balance (excluding bonus balances that have not met the wagering requirements) will be returned via the original payment method within the stipulated timeframe.

mamak44's services are provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties, except as specifically stated in this document. Management does not guarantee that the platform will operate at all times without technical disruptions.

Mamak44 is not liable for losses arising from:

• Internet connection disruptions or technical issues on the member's end.
• Betting decisions made by the member themselves.
• Delays in transaction processing due to factors beyond the platform's control.
• Loss of funds due to account security compromise resulting from the member's own negligence.

Mamak44 reserves the right to amend, add to or remove any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will take effect as soon as they are published on this website.

Members are encouraged to review this document periodically to ensure they are always aware of the latest applicable terms. Continued use of the platform after any amendment is published will be considered acceptance of the amended terms.

These Terms and Conditions are interpreted and enforced in accordance with the laws and regulations applicable under the international licensing jurisdiction governing mamak44's operations.
